The staff was absolutely amazing and caring! They were the best part of the stay at the hotel. Ample parking, great views, very well air conditioned and comfortable beds. Location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is for the room itself. In order to have privacy you have to close the blinds which means no sunlight. The light switch on the wall didn’t do anything, so you either have to leave another light on or use your flashlight if you come back late at night. The dresser in the room wasn’t even together, half the side was falling off. Bathroom was basically the landlord special. Paint over everything to make it look new. Bathtub was stained and not very clean, don’t take long showers if you don’t want to stand in a puddle of water. Walls are paper thin, I could hear the people next to use put on sunscreen. Breakfast was just coffee n pastries. Comfortable beds and the staff really made this place.

Very friendly and helpful staff

This was a great place, up in the mountains, within the Smokey National Park. The last turn in and up to the property was sharp and somewhat tricky to see from the one direction, so just know that. I for one wanted to see bears and the fam and I saw 3 - it was great! Our room(s) were much larger than expected and my son really enjoyed the jet bath!

Great experience all the way around. Would recommend, and would stay again. Everything in the description was very accurate.
